特徴
- Cornulin is a survival factor that participates in the clonogenicity of squamous esophageal epithelium cell lines.
- It attenuates deoxycholic acid (DCA)-induced apoptotic cell death and the release of calcium.
- In overexpressed oral squamous carcinoma cell lines, cornulin negatively regulates cell proliferation by the induction of G1 arrest.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections): 1:100Western Blot: 1:2000Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
