Beta-Catenin is a multifunctional protein known to be part of the Wnt pathway, playing essential roles in development and carcinogenesis.
Beta-Catenin can act as a regulator of the cell cycle and apoptosis in a variety of different cell systems.
Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.

Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (formalin-fixed paraffin sections): 1-2ug/mlWestern Blot: 4ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
