特徴
- Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) is a small fluoresent molecule that is commonly conjugated to antibodies for immunofluorescent cell labeling.
- In conjunction with anti-FITC antibodies, it can also be used as an epitope tag for detection and signal amplification
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Dot and Slot Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: 1:4000-1:8000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
- Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
- HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.
