特徴

• p38 is a 38kD Stress Activated Protein Kinase/Map Kinase (SAPK/MAPK) represented by three isoforms, termed a, b, and y.
• p38 is dually phosphorylated and therefore fully activated by MEK3 and MEK6 on threonine 180 and tyrosine 182 within the activation loop.
• The JNK and p38 pathways function to modulate cell-cycle, apoptotic and transcriptional responses to stress.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Positive Control:HEK 293 cells +/- UV irradiation treatment and PC12 cells +/- Sorbitol.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
