特徴
Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 2, also known as Gro beta and CSCL2, is an 8kD chemokine, which is expressed by monocytes, fibroblasts, endothelial cells, synovia cell and several tumor cell lines.
MIP-2 promotes neutrophil chemotaxis and degranulation.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1-4ug/ml.
Use 100ul/well
Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
