VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) is a homodimeric, disulfide-linked glycoprotein involved in angiogenesis which promotes tumor progression and metastasis.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1ug/ml for 2 hours at RTImmunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:100-1:200 for 20 min at RT.
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 1mM EDTA, pH 8.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
