Helicobacter pylori is known to cause peptic ulcers and chronic gastritis in human.
It is associated with duodenal ulcers and may be involved in development of adenocarcimona and low grade lymphoma of mucosa associated lymphoid tissue in the stomach.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:500-1:2000 for 30 min.
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
