特徴

• Helicobacter pylori is known to cause peptic ulcers and chronic gastritis in human.
• It is associated with duodenal ulcers and may be involved in development of adenocarcimona and low grade lymphoma of mucosa associated lymphoid tissue in the stomach.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:500-1:2000 for 30 min.
• Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Positive Control:Helicobacter pylori-infected tissue
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
