特徴

• CD20 is a 35kD leukocyte surface antigen consisting of four transmembrane regions and cytoplasmic N- and C-termini.
• CD20 is expressed primarily on B cells but has also been detected on both normal and neoplastic T cells.
• Activation of CD20 significantly increases DNA synthesis and is thought to involve basic helix-loop-helix leucine zipper transcription factors.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:400-1:800 for 20 minutes at RT.
• No special pretreatment is required for staining of formalin/paraffin tissuesOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Positive Control:Tonsil
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
