特徴
- Amyloid precursor protein (APP) and APP-like proteins are transmembrane glycoproteins with a similar modular domain structure.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1ug/ml for 2 hours at RTImmunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:100 for 10 min at RT.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min
- Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
- Positive Control: Brain.
- Cellular Localization: Cytoplasmic and extracellular
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
