Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: A 1:500-1:1000 detected TTF-1 in nuclear extract from H441 human lung epithelial cells
Immunoprecipitation: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate TTF-1
Immunohistochemistry: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to detect TTF-1 in 4% paraformaldehyde fixed human and mouse lung adenocarcinoma tissue

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
