Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml detected a Myc epitope tagged protein in a transfected Cos-1 cell lysate.
1ug/ml of a previous lot detected endogenous Myc in HeLa nuclear extract.
A lysate of transfected Cos-1 cells was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Myc Tag (0.5ug/ml).
Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
