• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry.

• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000 dilution detected NRAGE/MAGE-D1 in RIPA lysates from PC12 cells.
• PC12 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with M1750-02 (1:2000).
• Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody and a chemiluminescence detection system
• Immunoprecipitation: Reported to immunoprecipitate NRAGE/MAGE-D1 in PC12 cells
• Immunohistochemistry: Reported to show positive immunostaining for NRAGE/MAGE-D1 on paraformaldehyde fixed tissue permeabilized with Triton X-100
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
