Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 detected acetyl-Histone H4 (Lys5) in acid extracts from sodium butyrate treated HeLa cells ChIP: An independent laboratory has shown that this antibody preferentially immunoprecipitates chromatin from wild type yeast, compared to yeast containing a histone H4 K5R substitution.(1)Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
