Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:100,000-1:200,000 detected acetyl-histone H3 (Lys23) in acid extracts from sodium butyrate treated HeLa cells.
The antibody does not detect unacetylated recombinant histone H3
Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP): 0.5ul preferentially immunoprecipitates chromatin from wild type yeast, compared to yeast containing a histone H3 K23R substitution

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
