- This antibody IgG yields titres of greater than 1:1000 with 100ng of immobilized tat under standard ELISA conditions.
- Western ELISA may be performed at 1-2ug/ml of antibody depending on the nature and the quantity of the immobilized antigen.
- Histocytochemistry studies require antibody in 1:200 dilution range.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
