Biological Activity:Peroxidase conjugated Rabbit anti-gp120 antibody binds to gp120 in CD4/gp120 capture ELISA and Western ELISA.
Applications:A dose dependent response assay should be performed to determine the optimal concentration for use in specific applications.

ELISA and Western ELISA may be performed at dilutions of 1:1000 depending on the concentration of gp120 in the test system.
CD4/gp120 capture ELISA may be performed in 1 : 500 dilution range depending on the capture ligand CD4 concentration and gp120 concentration in the test sample.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%).
Store at -20°C or colder.
Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
