- Human NEK2 is a protein kinase involved in mitotic regulation at the G2-M transition and/or at meiosis.
- The Aspergillus nidulans 'never in mitosis A' (NIMA) gene encodes a serine/threonine kinase that controls initiation of mitosis.
- NIMA-related kinases (NEKs) are a group of protein kinases that are homologous to NIMA.
- Evidence suggests that NEKs perform functions similar to those of NIMA.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunofluorescence.

- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:2000-1:10,000Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
