Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:30,000.
1.0 ug of mouse IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate
Western Blot: 1:500 - 1:2,500Immunohistochemistry: 1:200 1:1,000Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C as an undiluted liquid for 12 months.
Dilute only prior to immediate use.
DO NOT FREEZE.
Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
仕様
Size:500ug
Host:goat
Source Antibody:mouse
Grade:Affinity Purified
Purity:IgG was purified by immunoaffinity chromatography followed by solid phase adsorption to remove unwanted reactivities. IgG was then digested with pepsin and then the F(ab’)2 was obtained by chromatographic purification.
Form:Supplied as a liquid in 0.05M Tris Chloride, 0.15M Sodium Chloride, 0.001M Magnesium Chloride, 0.0001M Zinc Chloride, pH 8.0, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.09% sodium azide, 50% glycerol. Label: Alkaline Phosphatase (Calf Intestine) (MW 140kD).
Specificity:Recognizes mouse IgG (H&L). Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase, anti-goat serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum. No reaction was observed against anti-pepsin, anti-goat IgG F(c) or bovine, horse, human, rabbit, rat and sheep serum proteins.
