Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: 1:5000-1:50,000; 1ug of porcine IgG F(ab’)2 was used in a standard capture ELISA with ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder is stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O prior to use.
To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20°C.
Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
