Specificity:Recognizes Human IgG, IgA and IgM. Detects all human immunoglobulin classes, isotype and chain combinations. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum. No reaction was observed against anti-goat IgG F(c), anti-pepsin or mouse serum proteins.
