Applications:Suitable for use in Immunoblot, ELISA, immunomicroscopy and immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:50,000-1:200,000; 1.0ug of Goat IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA with S7973-97A and ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Biotin/Protein Ratio:10-20 BAC molecules per Chicken IgG molecule
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, dH2O.
Aliquot and store at -20°C.
Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
