1.0ug of mouse IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C as an undiluted liquid for 12 months.
Dilute only prior to immediate use.

Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
