Size:500ul
Host:goat
Source Antibody:human
Grade:Affinity Purified
Purity:Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Form:Supplied as a lyophilized powder from 0.01M sodium phosphate, 0.25M sodium chloride, pH 7.6, 15mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free). Labeled with Horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Reconstitute with 500ul sterie ddH2O.
Specificity:Recognizes human IgA, alpha. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-goat serum. No reaction was observed against anti-pepsin or anti-goat IgG F(c). Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
