仕様
Size:500ul
Host:goat
Source Antibody:human
Grade:Affinity Purified
Purity:Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgA coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.
Form:Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.6, 15mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% Sodium Azide, 0.01% Thimerosal.
Specificity:Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgA and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c) or other human heavy or light chain proteins.
