Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000ELISA: 1:20,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months at -20°C after receipt.
Reconstitute with sterile dH2O prior to use.
To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20°C.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

No reaction was observed against anti-pepsin, anti-goat IgG F(c), human IgG or human IgA. Does not crossreact with other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
