For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Specificity：Recognizes the lambda chain of human IgG. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, anti-Biotin, Human IgG and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c). Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
