Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:20,000-1:100,000.
Assayed against 1ug of human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using S7973-97A and ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 min at RT
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Biotin/Protein Ratio:10-20 BAC molecules per Goat IgG molecule
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O.
Aliquot and store at -20°C.
Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
仕様
Size:1mg
Host:goat
Source Antibody:human
Grade:Affinity Purified
Purity:Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography followed by solid phase adsorption.
Form:Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with Biotin. Reconstitute with 1ml 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O.
