Specificity：Recognizes human IgG, kappa. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, human IgG and human serum. No reaction was observed against anti-pepsin or anti-goat IgG F(c). Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at <1% crossreactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
