Anti-Human antibody generated in goat detects human IgG F(ab’)2.
This secondary antibody is ideal for investigators who routinely perform titration assays, western blot, immunoprecipitation, and general immunoassays.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA,, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:25,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2,500Western Blot: 1:1,000-1:5,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
