Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 2.7 moles FITC per mole of Goat IgG F(ab’)2
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.

仕様
Size:1mg
Host:goat
Source Antibody:human
Grade:Affinity Purified
Purity:Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.
Form:Supplied as a powder lyophilized from a solution containing PBS, pH 7.4, 0.01% sodium azide, and 10mg/ml IgG and protease free bovine serum albumin (BSA). Labeled with Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC; MW= 390 kD). Reconstitute with 1ml deionized water.
Specificity:Assay by immunoelectro-phoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgG and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c) or Bovine, Horse, Mouse, Rabbit, Rat and Sheep Serum Proteins.
