仕様
Size:1mg
Host:goat
Source Antibody:human
Grade:Affinity Purified
Purity:Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Form:Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile dH2O. Labeled with Biotin.
Specificity:Recognizes the kappa chain subunit of IgG. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin and anti-goat serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other human heavy or light chain proteins.
