仕様
Size:1mg
Host:guinea pig
Source Antibody:rabbit
Grade:Affinity Purified
Purity:Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Form:Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with Rhodamine (Tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanante - TRITC). Reconstitute with 1ml of sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O.
Specificity:Recognizes Rabbit IgG. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-guinea pig serum, rabbit IgG and rabbit serum. No reaction was observed against goat, human and mouse serum proteins.
