Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: 1:1000-1:10,000, 1ug of equine IgG using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT
Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000Western Blot: 1:500-1:2500 Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Specificity:Recognized equine IgG, F(ab’)2. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-alkaline phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-goat serum, equine IgG, equine IgG F(ab’)2 and equine serum. No reaction was observed against equine IgG F(c).
