Applications:Suitable for immunoblot (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA (standard capture): 1:3,000-1:20,000, 1.0 ug of Horse IgG using ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
For long-term storage, store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
