Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 1:100 to 1:250 will stain 1x10e6 cellsOptimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Absorption Wavelength: 490 nm, 545 nm and 565 nm Emission Wavelength: 580 nm
Storage and Stability:Store at 4°C.
Do Not Freeze.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
