1.0 ug of rat IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C as an undiluted liquid for 12 months.

Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Specificity：Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Donkey Serum, Rat IgG and Rat Serum. No reaction was observed against Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rabbit and Sheep Serum Proteins.
