Assayed against 1ug of rat IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT
Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile dH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
