1.0 ug of rat IgA was used in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C as an undiluted liquid for 12 months.
Dilute only prior to immediate use.
DO NOT FREEZE.
Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
