Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:8000-1:34,000; 1.0ug of Fructosyl Amino Acid Oxidase in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Biotin/Protein Ratio:10-20 BAC molecules per Sheep IgG molecule
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
For long-term storage, store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
