Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:4000-1:20,000 1ug of Carbonic Anhydrase II was used in a standard capture ELISA with Streptavidin (HRP) and ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT
Western Blot: 1:200-1:10,000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per Rabbit IgG molecule
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
