Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 2.1 moles Cy2 per mole of goat IgG F(ab’)2
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Specificity：Recognizes Biotin. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, biotin conjugated goat IgG and biotin conjugated BSA. No reaction was observed against anti-goat IgG F(c) or anti-Pepsin.
