特徴

• RSV is so named from the formation of syncytia, or multinucleated masses of fused cells.
• Two virally specified surface glycoproteins are prominent in RSV.
• The large glycoprotein is designated G and the other fusion protein is designated F.
• In addition, two distinct groups may be present in RSV, Group A and/or Group B.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunofluorescence and Neutralization.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:10,000Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:50.
• Direct FA staining of target antigens in a permissive tissue culture system.
• Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining.
• Neutralization: > 1:256 (Titer)Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
