特徴
- The feline leukemia virus (FeLV) is the causative agent of the most important fatal infectious disease complex of domestic cats today.
- It is an RNA virus belonging to the family Retroviridae.
- FeLV can be transmitted between infected cats when the transfer of saliva or nasal secretions is involved.
- If not defeated by the animal’s immune system, the virus can be lethal.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Titer:Western Blot: >1:2000
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
