• Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 2, also known as Gro beta and CSCL2, is an 8kD chemokine, which is expressed by monocytes, fibroblasts, endothelial cells, synovia cell and several tumor cell lines.
• MIP-2 promotes neutrophil chemotaxis and degranulation.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
• Other applications have not been tested.
