- MIP-1b (macrophage inflammatory protein-1 b) is a 69-amino acid CC chemokine with a molecular weight of 7.8kD.
- MIP-1b induces migration of monocytes/macropages, and activate CD4+ cells, but not NK cells and eosinophils.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Neutralization.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
- Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
