84-1063-82 Interferon gamma (IFNg) 500ug I7661-66E
特徴
- INFg (Interferon-g) is a cytokine that is produced by TH2-like CD4 + T cells.
- It is engaged in inflammatory response against invading infectious agents.
- Overreaction to infectious disease and overproduction of INFg could lead to immunopathology, a process very similar to autoimmune response.
- Therefore, anti-INFg can play a role in limiting the intensity and/or duration of toxic immune response.
- This is seen as anti-INFg antibodies can interfere with the generation of cytotoxic lymphocytes.
- In another case, anti-IFNg has also been used to reverse cancer cachexia.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C.
- Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
