特徴
- Serotonin is produced by endocrine cells of the stomach, duodenum and ileum.
- The antigen localization is cytoplasmic.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (Frozen/paraffin): 1:50 diluted with PBS.
- Proteolytic treatment is not required.
- Incubate for 1 hour at RT.
- Requires HIER.
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Positive Control:Duodenum
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
