仕様
Size:50ul
Host:rabbit
Grade:Serum
Purity:Serum
Form:Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute with 50-100ul of sterile ddH2O. Dilute further in 0.1M PBS, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide.
Specificity:Recognizes Preproneuropeptide Y. Antisera raised against NPY often crossreact with PP and PYY. Absorption with 10-100ug immunogen per ml diluted antiserum abolishes the staining. Species Crossreactivity: human and rat.
Isotype:IgG
Calc Applications Abbrev:IF IHC
Calc Crossreactivity:Hu Rt
Immunogen:Synthetic Prepro-NPY 68-97 (C-PON). Raised using a synthetic peptide from the prepro-NPY sequence which has no homologies to PP and NPY.
