特徴
- Ornithine decarboxylase is the rate-limiting enzyme in polyamine biosynthesis converting ornithine into putrescine.
- In normal tissue ornithine decarboxylase activity is low but increases in proliferating tissue.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence (frozen): 1:300-1:500 with overnight incubation at 4°C
- Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections.
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Positive Control:Stefanini-fixed frozen sections of renal cortex from testosterone-treated mice.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
- Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
