Applications:Suitable for ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence Microscopy.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections): 1:1200-1:2000 using FITC conjugates as secondary antibodies; Incubation Time Overnight at 4°C
Optimal dilution to be determined by researcher.
Positive Control:Frozen sections of rat thyroid.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
